Having eliminated a villain threatening the earth, and a burger factory in the process, McWalter can finally devote himself to mourning the loss of his partner Tracy, who died accidentally in the previous attack. But a series of mysterious explosions shook the planet. His agency, the NUS, exasperated by his destructive methods, summons him to account. Things take a turn for the worse when McWalter is falsely accused: at every explosion site, traces of his DNA have been found, implicating him directly.
