Afin de payer ses études, Ken se livre à un trafic de drogue. Tina, sa petite amie, l'apprend. A la suite d'une dispute, elle tombe et meurt accidentellement. Ken, avec l'aide des trafiquants lui injecte une dose d'héroïne afin de faire croire à une overdose. Mais le frère de Tina, policier, enquête sur une affaire de drogue. Par suite de recoupements, il éclaircira l'assassinat de sa soeur et dénonce les trafiquants, personnages importants de la ville.
