داریو آرژانتو یک کارگردان ، فیلمنامه نویس و تهیه کننده فیلم ایتالیایی است. کار تأثیرگذار او در ژانرهای وحشت و ژیالو در دهه 1970 و 1980 باعث شده است که وی به عنوان "استاد هیجان" و "استاد ترسناک" شناخته شود.
